House with a couple of acres and outbuildings and/or stables/smallholding, or house with large garden wanted to rent by couple in late 50’s, 3 greyhounds, outdoor cats and chickens (maybe be joined by daughter and horses if suitable property found). Prefer outskirts of Exeter (Pennsylvania/Politmore/Pinhoe if possible) but anything considered, looking to move next spring. Can help with practical work if on a farm or similar.
